Any patient coming with referring note from the outside consultant can also get admission through casualty.
While coming for admission patient has to carry his ID proof copy (PAN Card, Adhaar Card) This is to avoid mistakes while registration of patient data.
If any patient has Mediclaim Policy, please carry document for the same.
It is advisable to give correct medical history of patient at the time of admission. This will make it easy for the approval of your Mediclaim policy.
Patient should be accompanied with a person throughout the stay of the patient in the hospital.
